They were indian, male and middle aged, they identified themselves as John Martin. I am ex-directory and my phone is registered with the telephone preference service to block sales calls and unwanted calls.

Came on Watts app as unknown no with a blurred photo with a link .blocked.

Female automatic message claiming to be from "banking" warning about large transactions (£1000) on Amazon. Menu options 1&2 ignore or speak to someone. I checked banking online, no such transaction made or pending. Probably a scam.

Number 02071124802 phoned me and said they was from start up loans. www.startuploans.co.uk and wanted me to transfer them £58 for the loan to be secured under the insurance. They provided me with a person called Jamin bank details which straight away is strange for a company. I was told it was the managers details as money transferred to the company always bounces back. SCAM Numerous calls from this number in the evening, as lage as 21:47, advising my father they could repay overpaid timeshare fees, unfortunately he gave out his card details, £4,500 taken from his account, changed his details and they rang again obviously for up to date info to start taking money again, this time he said I would call them back, they gave him a fake number to call back onSCAM

SCAM Definitely used for call pretending to be from BT about broadband and IP address. Checked with BT and they hadn’t called.

Phone handily warned me it was a potential scam call while it was ringing so I didn't answer.

I have hsd this message on answer phone several times over the last couple of months. It says someone has tryed to take £300 out of my amazon account and transfer £1,200 to another country and wants me to contact them. I check my account and no money has gone. They are conmen looking to get my bank detailes.
