Started calling me about 2 weeks ago, usually just after 8am or around 4pm. Answered once but now use phone s blocking mode to stop their calls. The phone logs the calls but does not respond.

if not untrustworthy why cut off the call when it s answered. yet another pest.

They scammed the company I work for by paying for their order for banners by cheque. They then claimed to have overpaid by £2,000. Unfortunately our young owner was unaware they had paid by cheque and as Nat West had the money as cleared on his account, he paid them the 2k direct into their bank account! It s harder for young people who have little knowledge of cheques. Robbing, thieving scammers; what goes round comes round - as in you ll get yours !!

So this number called me this morning, when I answered a male with an Indian accent asked for me directly (he knew who I was), I ask who was speaking and he responded he was from the Credit Investigation Bureau - I instantly asked this idiot if that is the best he and his scamming buddy s could come up with, he responded with a stutter and promptly hung up on me. Claim to be from Total Gas and Power. Checked it via their website. Got an Indian Manager calling himself Huffain (surname) refuse to tell me his first name. Told me to shut up LOL

They ring you up and launch into their patter about time running out to claim for PPI. I don t know whether they are any use to someone who has actually been mis-sold PPI but probably not, as these people would already know and have lodged their claim - free - with their bank. No-one needs these parasites; certainly not me.

At least 2 calls every day from this number. When I do pick up the phone goes dead. Its about time the TPS in this country gained real power like the US, over there if a company calls after being told not, they have to pay a fixed penalty to the homeowner. In this country it seems the TpS is totally ignored!
