SCAM Message popped up on my laptop stating that it was in danger of being hacked and had been temporarily blocked. The error message suggested I called a helpline (number stated 020) said to be Microsoft Security. I rang, lady answered (Indian/pakistan accent) lots of noise in the background, she wanted me to depress the windows and the letter R key on my laptop. was evasive when I asked what would happen. This number called me but i didnt pick up, i called them back and then they didnt pick up. i relised the number has whatsapp so i was bored and went and checked too see who they were as they would have a name. the name of the number was 'haroonfahad42926' i made a note of this and blocked the number, not just on normal call but also on the whatsapp. a day later i got a text from a different number on whatsapp and there account was called 'haroonfahad42926' again. the account was a buisness account but wa

Told him to get off the line or I will report him to the police. No doubt what the scam is he wasn't going to do it on me.

Claiming my life Insurance has run out. Several calls have been received about this subject from different areas of the Country including Wales and Coventry.

This is to harvest people’s voice related to your phone number and location for database. All done in a nano second by AI software. Someone wants to know where you are and that it is you answering the phone. That is why you get these calls several times daily even if you have told you are not interested.

SCAM Received another call from this number today - this time they left a message. Very strong accent and ringing from a call centre so it was difficult to make out. Caller stated they were calling from somewhere which sounded like Yonny (EON something) regarding our energy account. Caller did not specify which type of energy. Caller gave this number as a number to ring back 'as soon as you receive this message'. Ignored and deleted.

Beware this is a scammer. Tried to get £840 for a replacement phone from me by pretending to be one of my children. Has been reported online.
