Fifth time they have phoned me. Today, I decided to play with them and told them that indeed I had been in an accident. Called asking for non-executive Director by name - "it s Johnny from the surveyors at Altus" were the words he used. I walked through to our Director and used the same words. Our Director said he won t take the call as he has no ongoing business with Altus and no imminent need.
