Phoned today at 12.30pm, 2.30pm, 2.50pm, 5pm, 6.20pm. Called yesterday at 2.30pm, 3.30pm, 5pm. Didn't leave any messages.

They called and closed the call. I have tried the call back 8 times and there is a brief untintelligible message of which only "Sir" can be understood and the answering machine starts... I think must be those useless piece of shit of "Perfect Benefit" but I hope I am wrong...

Caller claimed to be from HMRC stating that I owed them money and would be arrested if I did not press 1 and pay them immediately. Jokers!

Called a couple of times, but cut off when I picked up. I think it is a spoofed ID as the first 5 digits are a local number but the next two appear ficticious.

Same as Anne except that the company keep calling /or leaving messages and they are always a recorded message - am very fed up with their calls.

I was called just now by a woman with an Indian accent saying she was from Openreach and that she believed I should be getting download speeds of over 40mbs. She asked me to do a speed test which I did and got 19mbs. I asked how I would know she was genuinely from Openreach. She handed me over to her supervisor. He tried to convince me he was genuine and asked my press Ctrl Windows buttons on my keyboard so he could improve my internet connection speed. I again challenged whether he was from BT Openreach. H

This no. is very similar to others starting 01772 (which is supposedly Preston, but with spoof phoning this could be from anywhere in the World) then 924, then 3 digits e.g. 045...

I have had approx 3 calls from EE and I am almost certain I will not be renewing with them when my contracts expires later in the year. Each call has had a similar style: Poor communication skills; talked at me, did not listen or answer my questions. Aggressive: I m naturally quite chilled and helpful but after each of these called I have been angry and proceed to block the number. I recieved a call which I missed off this number last week and got a call back today. I answered the call and all I got was 18 seconds of silence before I ended the call. If they re scammers you d think they d say something!
