Július 4-én késő este jött SMS, UPS tracking-től, hogy a csomagom elakadt, klikkeljek egy linkre, ahol ki tudom fizetni a felmerült vámot. Sajnos fáradt voltam, nem figyeltem, ráadásul volt is függőben lévő külföldi megrendelésem. Beleszaladtam a csapdába, megadtam az adatokat. Szerencsére gyorsan kapcsoltam és azonnal beléptem a bankomba, ahol lenulláztam a bankkártya limitemet. Ma délután már hívtak is bankomból, hogy gyanús tevékenységet észleltek, 188 AED (Arab Emirátusok) értékben akartak levonni pénzt

My wife answered. Foreign male called asking to speak to XXX. No security questions asked. Claimed he was from Microsoft. When told we were on TPS, he became argumentative. He clearly hadn't heard of TPS. When asked to remove our details from their database he became aggressive and said he would disconnect our phone at our address. He knew our address because he read it out! He then put the phone down when I said in the background we were connecting to the police.

Voice at other end said he was calling about a problem with my "Virgin Media broadband". I don't have Virgin Media broadband to told him to piss off! SCAM Stupid text message saying “Hi mum, call me on my new number - insert phone number- I’m sending you a message from my friend’s phone because I broke mine..their battery is running out” What it is about the fact that the friends battery is running out when the “child” has sent you a new number to call would add to the sense of urgency I have no idea. Sending fake virgin money spam texts

Never confirmed who they were, or left a message on the answer machine

Fraud. Recieved calls saying I owe debt to Amazon but I use my daughters Amazon account.

Indian call centre person (could hear others in the background trying to scam others), claiming to be from the Utilities Department. Told him I knew he was a scammer as there is no such thing as the Utilities Department. He hung up and I blocked the number. They also use 0161 669 0643 and 0640. Seems they have purchased quite a few numbers to scam people.

This number has been billed to my sky account three times totaling a charge of £53.52 this number originates in Vietnam i have never called it and today preparing to do battle with sky mobile over it BEWARE!!!

POSSABLE FRAUD says it a bank and you have large withdraws from your bank

Scammer, claiming to be from Santander Fraud dept. Wanting me to authorise a payment of £1000. He hung up when I said he had proven he was a scammer.

Supposedly from '3' mobile phone company. Asian male with poor English, claiming to be from 3 promotions. Not the normal format for '3' especially as I've opted to be exempt from promotional calls on my 3 account. I've no idea how they got my number, but I'm 99.9% certain that it wasn't legitimate
