I believe this is a scammer call. I received a call from number 087540568 in Slovenia this mourning and it was an Indian scam company. I have no contacts in U.K. and I never before received any scam calls (approx 15 years). This call lasted 10 seconds after I answered it and person on the other side of the line was quiet and would not respond. Number displayed on my phone was +44 7900 862866.
Called my phone 2 rings then put the phone down. Stated the call was from colchester.
I nearly got spammed with this call - block it.
