I ignored the call most of the month - finally answered it today and they refused to discuss with me as I would not pass DPA. I went on to live chat on their website whom confirmed the call was from them - I have recommended they add the number they call from to their website as google search shows it as a telepest rather than a genuine call. Received 4 calls from this number over 2 hrs - missed the first 3. It was a text message from Parcelforce to warn me that a parcel would be delivered today, and the parcel arrived a few minutes after the last call!
Came up as an international number and recorded voice said our internet had been hacked and to press various options on what to do.
