SCAM wanted bank details to refund overpaid washing machine insurance .

Guy with thick foreign accent claims to be from Carphone Warehouse trying to sell me an iPhone 7 for £25. Hung up when I questioned who he really was and told him he was lying when his response was "yes I am, we are in a collaberation, you like iPhone?"

01223-937615 called to say my bank account has had suspicious activity.....etc. this is the second time I have had this call. now both have been blocked but I'm sure I have not heard of this Asian scam group.

Phone number - UK landline - 01174526780 called my unregistered landline. Almost certainly a scam, saying international transfer from your visa account, request you to press keypad if you wish to decline payment. I didn't.

Claimed to be EE, highly doubtful, didn't know my name which EE would. Caller had very strong Indian accent, everytime I've spoken to EE they've had UK based centres, also when questioned about call origin she wasn't sure where call was routed from...very suspicious Definitely seemed very scam-like
