Scam saying there PayPal said I had 2 unlawful payments go out and wanted me to confirm then they sent texts apparently from the bank but looked nothing like it . Gave correct postcode but no other info. Client has no debts/loans. Client very vulnerable, distressed by these calls( one was after 8pm)

SCAM Message popped up on my laptop stating that it was in danger of being hacked and had been temporarily blocked. The error message suggested I called a helpline (number stated 020) said to be Microsoft Security. I rang, lady answered (Indian/pakistan accent) lots of noise in the background, she wanted me to depress the windows and the letter R key on my laptop. was evasive when I asked what would happen. Stopped the call, turned laptop on & off, messages disappeared. Call rec'd from 01158881064
This was a call from Vanquish arrears department, not that it matters to me as I'm bankrupt but this was the 8th phone call in 4 days from them
