SCAM: Someone called me to tell me that I had a certain amount of Bitcoin somewhere in an online wallet. When I did not respond the way she expected, she terminated the call.

SCAM - Apparently saw and ad for my car and wanted to buy it via paypal without even seeing the car. Definitely a paypal scam where they try to extort money out of you first.

SCAM Definitely used for call pretending to be from BT about broadband and IP address. Checked with BT and they hadn’t called.

Person called saying from BT and needing to check my internet connection. Wanted to know which platform I used for various activities. When I suggested that he could find this out by looking at their system the caller told me to "Go to hell" and dropped the line.

This number phoned and a recorded message stated that it was my bank asking to verify that 2 payments made today were genuine and if not to press 1 to speak to a member of the fraud team. No name of bank given so I suspect it to be a scam.

I answered a call from this number. The person claimed to be called James from a company called Relief Energy. So far as I can determine, there is no official record of any such company, making me certain that it is a scam.

'Quantum AI' crypto currency scam

This phone number has been an issue with my house phone. This number has appeared on my VM bill for the moths of Oct, Nov,Dec,Jan ,Feb and March before I realised I had not made the call. It appears every 12 hours as a call that lasts less than 1 minute and each call is charged at 39 pence . Does not sound a lot until you add it up over the period of time which then accounts for over £60.00.

Fraud: 09011490180 has been billed by Virgin Media as 3 outgoing calls from my Landline but my wife and I have not made these calls. The calls were apparently made on the 18th of April at 11.03, 11.18 and 11.40 with each call lasting exactly 11.06 minutes costing 35 pounds each. So far Virgin Media have refused to investigate these calls and demand payment. It is obviously some king of scam, which should be highlighted as soon as possible and safeguards put in place!

The manager I spoke to was rude, and as I said I would contact ofcom re the unsolicited call, he said that’s ofgem you F****ng idiot. I am going to contact ofcom and ofgem to see if they can do anything regarding this business as the manager I spoke to called me an idiot as well as F****ng hitler. He also said he was the owner of the business.

Caled at 16:15. An English accented woman launched into "I'm from the Community Energy Review, & want to tell you I am not selling anything..." I cut her off & told her she was lying, that she wanted someone to check my insulation & that they would be trying to sell me "upgraded" insulation. There was a long silence so I hung up. Such lazy scammers - they use the same numbers each time. Basically if you receive a call from a Bolton code eg 01204 and you don;t live in Bolton or know someone who lives in Bolton, just ignore and block. It will just be these lazy evil scammers. Sometimes they claim to be TalkTalk, another time they claim to be 'National Debt Resolution'. They are totally useless - they are even rude the moment you answer, and can't even manage to sound even briefly plausible or professional. Evil fools - the worst.

Claimed to be from the Telephone Preference Service. I asked them where they were and he said London. I asked how the weather was in London, and he said the weather was fine. I replied and said it was raining in London, to which he said that he likes rain so it is fine. I called him a liar, he hung up. Scam.
