Got a text from this number 07305 096031 saying: Oi oi, would you be able to sub me 60 til the 24th? I have no idea who this is, and I’m not going to call or reply either as I suspect it’s a scam. Wondering how they got my phone number though!

An automated call stating it is from TAXES / HMRC, directing me to speak to an officer re unpaid taxes??? not sure if this is a scam, but i do not have any unpaid taxes so more than likely to be a scam.

SCAM This person rang me 3 times one after the other. He said he was from an investment firm and I stopped his spiel as soon as I heard that. He became extreme belligerent when I told him I wasn't interested and to remove my details from his list. This is a hoax .... say they are from currys and PC world... they offer upgrade on your phone, 1 week on no new phone canceled card payment and direct debit, phoned again today soon as they heard my voice they hung up, I've been keeping the line busy for the past 2 hours .... got nothing better to do. I know ut won't do any good but I must be annoying them and stopping them catching anyone else out.
