I got a call at 0920. A guy with an Indian accent introduced himself as Eric from the technical department of Talk Talk. Kept referring to me as Mr XXXX even though I m clearly female! Said there was a major problem with my router. I told him I don t have an account with Talk Talk and asked where he got my details.
