This guy told me he was calling from "O2 Get Connected" I now know that there is no such thing as "O2 Get Connected" he asked me a security question which I failed to answer, I the confronted him about it later on then HE read out MY postcode for me! Insulation "I'm your local energy consultant," he starts. I let him ramble on for a few minutes and then told him that I wasn't interested. Immediate call cut off. Checked the number that he called from. Local? Oh, then why are you calling me on behalf of an organisation that's apparently based in a town 200 miles away? Pure spam. They've called me before. Same patter. Same result. That's another of the numbers that they use added to my blacklist.
