I used to work for Stellar (temporary after redundancy). It was an awful job that paid minimum wage with no bonus. One thing I can say about them is they are genuine partners of BT which you can see at bt.com/partners. The agents that call you have all received training of a higher standard than BT agents as they wish to protect their contracts and we actually did genuinely want our customers to get a better deal. I d seen here that s what they were doing but answered in the end as I was worried they might not deliver it if I didn t, since people had said they asked delivery details. In the end they just repeated what the website had said already regarding the delivery, and then pushed quite hard on the extra coverage, which I really didn t want - I bought from AO.com to save money, not spend extra! Received 4 calls from this number over 2 hrs - missed the first 3. It was a text message from Parcelforce to warn me that a parcel would be delivered today, and the parcel arrived a few minutes after the last call!
