Called me today. Tried to return the call but call fails; number blocked

Was going to call this number back but thought I'd check this site for info. Thanks guys- You saved me giving them abuse.

I am local to Wrexham and have recently had 4 local numbers that have called me whose numbers I don t recognize so have left the calls go to answer phone but shortly after my answer phone message starts, they hang up. They are probably all from the same organization all calling from different numbers. So far the numbers who have called me are as follows: 01978 638019 01978 638253 01978 638486 01978 638995 I just wish I had bought a better landline phone to block these and other nuisance spam

This company has purchased my personal details. I suppose illegaly because I never heard about them.

They have been calling a lot these past few days, but when I answer they always hang up. My guess is that they try to trick you into calling them back, otherwise I can t explain what s the use of harassing people like that?!

Not genuine number but one that phone Companies sell to scammers all over the world, so they appear UK based. SCAM

this number just rung saying they can offer an early upgrade to my contract with Three (I m actually with three), but the man new nothing about my contract and asked me how much I spent on average on my phone. If it was a genuine call regarding offering me an upgrade for my existing contract he would at least knew how much I spent every month! Then he hanged up. this company has been calling for weeks now but cannot take no for an answer. today they became abusive. you hang up and they call back. I reported them to the police and I ve got to tell them to stop or they ll take action. btw... you can t ring them back as it stops ringing after a few seconds

Its from Nationwide and they ask if you are ???? and if yes press 1 or 3 for no. My daughter left them and we have received 4 calls so far and she has not lived here for over 20 years!!
