I spoke to someone at Homebase yesterday and they said that I would be asked to take part in a customer service survey, so I assume this is what this call was about. You can opt out by pressing 9, or just ignore the call and block the number as I did.

Bad line and almost unintelligible guy at the other end. Took me 3 goes before I heard the words PPI, then told him I was at work and I hung up. The guy didn t even seem to know what he was saying when I asked what he was calling for. Script based nuisances.

I just got a call from this number left the message asking me to call back about my Cargo delivery that I have requested online. when I called back the automated voice said Concord logistics and I was put on hold for the longest I can imagine since all the advisors are busy. and then after a while the repeat message disappeared and the ringing started with no response. what is going on? am I being scammed?

These morons called my work number with an automated message telling me to call them back. The number they called is for an organisation with thousands of employees and the number they called is not for any individual. Same as the other comment, they started telling me how bad my marketing was and that were very condescending when I mentioned that we had gone into a contract lately elsewhere.

These spam callers are sad ! If they think that they can make money out of this practice, then they are mistaken.
