You may be a customer without knowing. I m going to buck the trend here... yes it s D&G, and they had a valid reason to call me. I m sure they probably cold-call too but for me I am a customer already.. and many of you may be too without knowing. Had this a few time - thought is was TRJ but must be SRJ asking if I was NAME press 1 if not press 2 then can you bring NAME to phone 1 yes 2 no then please ask NAME to call. When they called next I pressed 1 and got "you will be put through to next available operator - she asked was I NAME and I said "Actually I am not there is nobody of that name at this address" - she said she would take us off their list - whether that happens or not remains to be seen
