Just had a call from this number.They asked to speak to Donna.When I told them it was wrong number they asked to speak to me instead and asked for my name.I hung up.
Presumably a cloned number Rude lady with foreign accent overriding my claim that we can't have a problem with openreach as we are with virgin fibre. Not sure what she actually wanted from us as I told her not to be so rude and she put the phone down.
I will not press any buttons requested when I don't know who or how much the call will cost.
