I used him to check if my info actually was leaked and then I rejected the transaction and cancelled my card lol. Pretty funny call, although dangerous to those who aren’t very IT literate. SCAM or fraud. I was called by this number it was an automated call. Said calling from I'm sure it said Aviva fraud or something department. Re 2 payments made 1 to Amazon & 1 to somewhere else. So to confirm them by pressing 1 I did not do that & after 10 seconds or so it went dead. I only have insurance home/ contents & car with Aviva but done through a good insurance broker. I have no credit cards nothing to do with payments from Aviva to anywhere. I feel 100% this was a fraudulent/ scam
