An idiot rang me from this number stating that he could get me refunds for all of any of the loans, credit cards and mortgages that I d ever had during my lifetime. Received call to see if I was OK for heating oil as purchased from them before. Nice salesperson and extremely helpful. Called back to place order and others were professional. Good customer service.

Have had several calls from "Excellent Life", displaying different numbers including 02036096500. Always ask for me by name. Sometimes they give an address and ask if it s correct, but don t do anything if you give a different address. First question is always "are you working or retired?". If I give a vague answer ("I m an enumerator, what would you call that?"), they go on to the next question, always "what is your age group?". They hang up when I refuse to answer. My guess is that they are collecting

PPI automated call. Will probably be followed fairly soon after with a call from a private number with some snotty nosed git who knows more about you than you d like. Don t engage them. If you do have a PPI claim print the form from the FSA website and send it yourself. Thats all these guys do anyway and they take 20% (or more) of whatever settlement you get.....
