I have had numerous calls from this number over the last few months and ignored them but this time I phoned back (with-held number of course)and the female answered with what sounded like Vidicom Basics. I have no idea what that is, even after a little searching online, but I know I have no reason to want to speak to any cold callers. I answered and there is a delay for 2 seconds before the automated message starts telling you to urgently press option 5 to claim your PPI. I hung up, there was no way I was pressing option 5 and probably getting charge ?1,000 a minute!!
