Phoned from call center, (I think they were the magazine sellers), they offered me 3 magazines for a good price & said I could pay over the phone. Part of a group of Chinese scammers currently operating a fraudulent website which was advertised by a 'recruitment agency'. Do not engage with any of them they are definitely not from the UK and will lure you into their scam.

Phoned purporting to be from my bank (spoofed number) . An automated call saying that two unusual transactions had been made on my card , one of £300 to Amazon and another of £400 on a money transfer. Then proceeded to give ‘ press 1’, ‘press 2 ‘ instructions. I just blocked the number. This is a SCAM! AVOID engaging with them!

As soon as you reach pension age, they're on to you claiming that you requested a pension check online (didn't happen) they tried to call my elderly mother claiming they could offer her a lump sum payment if only she would grant them access to the account. Think it’s a scammer on FB, has hacked into an account on there and pretending to be a widower living in Bedford. The phone is being used in the Preston area. I have blocked before he tries to extract money from me. He will not send current face photo with today’s date in his hand so I know it is a scammer. The FB profile hacked looks very American not Uk.
