Missed call and my VA took the call. This appears to be Opayo, who were formerly SagePay. I rang the number and they just say that one of their operatives will ring us back, pretty much when they feel like it.

A foreign sounding man introduced himself as John Parker and said I was due for refund of bank charges. I gave him my dob (I recently claimed charges and for a second thought it was genuine.)I would never give bank details and said so.
