Some person claiming to be from o2 offering me a 40% discount on my monthly phone bill.......due to covid 19!!!! I played along for a couple of minutes & they sent text message codes which someone could genuinely assume was from o2 as they had security warnings advising not to give the code out etc but when I said I was going to run her through some security questions & asked her the 1st line of my address they hung up. I was asked to call this number. A man called me on my landline about potential fraud in my bank account and claimed this number was for the Halifax fraud prevention team. The caller asked me to give them my mobile so they could send me a text. When I said no they asked me to ring this number instead.

SCAM Contacted me about a car accident i had a few weeks ago. knew i was in an accident, knew my name but didn't know anything else. was pushing for information from me about the accident, whether there was another party, any witnesses, what damage there was, what the outcome was. was on phone for roughly 5 minutes. when they tried to take the number of the person i collided with, i said no and she hung up on me. clear scammer.

This was an automated call advising I had suspected fraud on my accounts. Gave 2 transactions and was asked to press 1 to accept 2 to decline. I put the phone down and called the bank. It wasn’t them! Please just put the phone down on this number and don’t press any buttons

01425402443 Has got to be scammers. Number unknown to me. Called my landline today. Pre-recorded message with Female american voice. Said that my Bank card had been used twice today and if it was not me gave me the stale ring 1 or ring 2 options. Have not called them back and have no intention of doing so. Beware are SCAMMERS after Bank details.

Claim to be form Financial Services Authority and there is a frozen account in my name, a bitcoin account. Want to transfer funds back to me and close the account. I haven't invested in bitcoin so told them to trace where money came from and pay it back to that account. So obvious that it is a scam to get your bank details.

Called from private number and left multiple voicemails requesting to speak to a company director, gave this number in the voicemails. Non-Anglophone accent.

I answered. A guy speaking in Russian was talking, with a lot of background noise. I hung up. Probably scammer.

This number called me and was an automated message about Amazon Prime Video (which I Don't subscribe to) it said it was taking £95.00 from my account to pay for re-subscription. Obviously a scam but has left me nervous that somehow, someone may know how to access my bank account.

SCAM - claimed that she was calling to tell me that I was potentially due a refund due to my "past finances". Definitely a scam.
