This number is no longer J A Winward and Sons - Scientific Glassware. My dad was one of the "sons", (J A Winward was my grandad)... I don't know who is using the phone number now, but the premises is now an art studio called Red Door and they might still have the same phone number?

IPSOS MORI was calling me for polling and survey. They normally held student surveys. They were calling me constantly. And when I did not reply, they started sending email invitations to me. They claimed to be from a national student survey. They knew my name already and were asking for my birthday. They wanted me to participate in their survey. I told them I had already done the survey online, but they said I was lying.

I used him to check if my info actually was leaked and then I rejected the transaction and cancelled my card lol. Pretty funny call, although dangerous to those who aren’t very IT literate. This was an automated call at 11:18am, claiming to be from a bank card provider, about two transactions from Amazon on my bank card. I did not press 1 or 2 to authorise or get help.

I had a email apparently from Meta (Facebook) to say this number (07956836341) had been added to my Facebook account and with a link to report this if it wasn’t me who added the number. The date on the email was wrong (Friday 6th June 2023 doesn’t exist). The link asked for my FB password so I didn’t continue. I checked my FB security details and no number had been added. It looks as though this is a scam to try to access FB passwords.
