Automated bank security call - obviously a scam call.

Was an answerphone recording telling me I owed money to the Tax office. I blocked the number as I'm sure HMRC don't use mobile phones to make calls, and will find a conventional method of contacting me rather than a dodgy auto service.

This company claims to be an Escrow service provider. IT IS NOT - check out the registration numbers with HMRC, FCA and Companies House. The “parent” has been dormant since 2019. Do a Whois lookup of the domain name - you will probably see that the website went live in the last few days / weeks

Although local to me, this is a scam. Told me two amounts were being taken from account and to press a key if I wanted to proceed.

SCAM The caller claims to be from Amazon and in this call discussed my having two Amazon Prime accounts, one with an annual fee and the other with a monthly subscription. Call centre with lot of background noise, delay in acknowledging I'd answered phone. Scam call bt technical, my internet service is compromised by several people, they'll show me how to remove them if I let them have access to my devices. Don't think so!

BEWARE, these are paid scammers trying to get you to give them your bank details, avoid this number completely. Don't ring them back to see who it was, they have a recorded message and they'll store your telephone number and ring you relentlessly thereafter.

Looks like another Scam or Fraud as I'm not due any delivery's and the Post Office leave a card through your door when they can't get an answer, also I was in the whole day, I have reported the text message and number to the Ofcom scam text number: 7726 must be the 7th number I've reported now since I found the number to report scams to. SCAM - pretending to be from Lloyds Bank... asking to call on 01332 556003 if a standing order for £537 to NVG Life Insurance had not been set up by the recipient. Recipient has no account with LLoyds, so definitely a scam.

This phone number has been an issue with my house phone. This number has appeared on my VM bill for the moths of Oct, Nov,Dec,Jan ,Feb and March before I realised I had not made the call. It appears every 12 hours as a call that lasts less than 1 minute and each call is charged at 39 pence . Does not sound a lot until you add it up over the period of time which then accounts for over £60.00.

SPAM - Had a few calls from this number, rang them back dialling 141 first. A lady answered saying it's about energy savings - boilers, solar panels. Said my address came up as someone likely to be interested. I live in a very energy efficient house - IGNORE
