Fraud Received a call for numbers 07741 597 541 and 07741 457 942. The pre-recorded message asking to act immediately as my National insurance is about to be suspended and to press on to link with caller. Didn't say who the call was for, I hung up regardless. Clearly somebody hoping to scam me.

Don t call them! It s a total rip off - they try to make the call as long as possible, leave you hanging for minutes on end only to charge you ?3.00 for a two minute call! - And the "best" thing is: they don t even tell you about how much it will cost in advance!

I said I had asked for a refund of the £175 I had paid for my washing machine to cover the next 3 years following the expiry of the manufacturer s guarantee but had not received any response. Having seen comments on the internet saying it was a scam, I said if the company is genuine then please can you arrange a refund.
