I did speak to one of their operatives & he was asking a lot of questions which I refused to answer. He wanted to make an appointment for an advisor to visit & reckons I could save £21000 on my mortgage over the next 15 years. Told him if he could pay off my remaining mortgage then I would listen. Unknown as I didn't answer, but it came shortly after another one purporting to be from Dunfermline, so my guess is spam.

Automated call, phone today, Saturday asking for ***** press 1 if this is you, which it wasn t, but still went on with ref number and when to call their office, then gave a totally different number to the one shown on my caller id. Me thinks it is either ppi or debt collector? Looking at the comments, it looks like debt collector. The government should look to ban these scumbuckets! If you owe money then it should be the the people you know that chase you, not these rats!

Just had another call from this lot - I was sleeping at the time. When I told the lady that I was TPS and had requested that my number was taken off these people's records...

Continuous calls from this number saying they do all of BT Renewals! I have an online account with BT and direct access to BT, and any changes or renewals to my accounts are dealt with direct, so why are they bothering me? I have told them to stop or I will make a formal complaint.

I just missed a call from this number glad I didn't answer. I don't know anyone in Wigan either!

Caller identified herself as Julie Smith from Signet Advice (as far as I could tell with some background noise). Said she d been informed I was recently injured in a car accident that wasn t my fault. I asked her how she knew that. She replied that she was sorry to bother me and would remove my phone number from their database and hung up on me without pausing for breath. Pond scum. (My number is registered with TPS and I can t stand talking to idiots so I ve reported them)
