Told them I hadn t (I d had a minor bump a few months back but no injuries to either party, but I m not telling them that). Surprisingly the advisor actually offered to take my number off their database (whether they will or not is another matter).

I received several calls from a company called UK Energy Council Utility working on behalf of National Grid. They said that I was basically being overcharged by my current suppliers and asked me for my bill to obtain the supply number. They were very inquisitive seeking information that should have been known. I did not provide the information as they appeared dodgy. I was then told that I should continue to be ripped of by my current suppliers.
Gentleman sounded like he was in a call centre. Have had a few phone calls from this person saying he was with EON Energy and my business contract was due for renewal (I work in a pub). I told him I wasn't authorised to make these decisions on behalf of the company and therefore could do nothing. However I asked him for a number to call once I had spoken to the owners and he gave me this one.
