All I had to do was download anydesk.com. No thanks. This is how scammers connect to your computer, take control of it and steal your money. Coronavirus. Claimed to be from government updating records about coronavirus. This is the 4th call with this claim. They ask questions about vaccination and whether you have had the virus. They claim there is some government initiative to pay half of insurance claims relating to the virus. The whole exercise comes to a stop when I won't tell them who my life insurance is with. One call even suggested I make up a provider, so I suggested he make one up. Seems like a phishing scam.
Said they where from Scottish Power and needing to update my banking details. Asked for card details for direct debit. Didn't make sense hung up and they called a further 3 times. Watch put people
