This looks like yet another 0844 scam, where they call your number and hang up after a couple of seconds. The old catch is that they hope you will return the call out of curiosity and then incur ££ as 0844 is premium rate and not included in most call packages. Obvious scam.

I was called from an Asian, 'Mike Spencer' saying he was from the Claims Advisory Department. Said the bank owed me £4000 and his supervisor would call me tomorrow. After reading the post on here I'll be giving him abuse before he manages to give it to me. How many Asians and Indians have 'British' sounding names? None. I couldn't get the number he called from.

Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 20363468xx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with direct marketing, insurance marketing, accident claims. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). Folks did they call you with the same or something new?
