This is the third call I have received. Caller said she was Windows Online Support. Tried to take control of my computer. I pretended to go along with her requests and kept her talking for 10 minutes before she eventually ended the call.
Caller insisted on knowing if I have been in a car crash and when it was. Failed to provide proof of identification, beyond the details given. Failed to explain who Gotham UK are.
SCAM. This is not BT. Hang up immediately.

Answering machine took the call and recorded part of the automated message apparently from Amazon Prime saying that unless I contact them 99.99 will be taken from my bank (Never mentioned pounds or dollars or any currency, just 99.99) Obviously a spam call.
