The caller claimed to be from BT, claiming that they could speed up my router on my PC. When I questioned them as to who I am ( if they were BT and rang me, they should know my details) they went quiet then hanged up.

This number is from scammers in Birmingham wanting your bank details to repay you home appliance warranty overpayments that do not exist. Usually get three to four calls per week from same people using different numbers. They tell you that you have overpaid and they are from the refund department and can only pay your refund directly into your bank account DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY DETAILS. Fake. Seems like the same company keeps getting a new VoIP and trying their luck.
Called twice in the space of 5 minutes, first time I answered they hung up after I said hello. Second time they asked for me by name, I asked who they were calling on behalf of and they hung up again.
Always try to phone but never leave a message. So far no complaints regarding this number.

Call from unknown number intercepted by Call Guardian and immediately rang off. Called back and number is unobtainable so probably a spam call from a spoofed number.
Call center : Appeared to be offering some sort of Solar Panels inverter check for free, technically my solar panel system is working perfectly, and the check offered is completely unnecessary, and I feel is just a way of getting their 'foot in the door' to sell you some sort of unnecessary upgrade to your solar system - Beware!

SCAM called with an automated message saying that it's from the tax office and I owe tax and to prevent going to jail that I needed to press 1 to answer them. I haven't worked in over 20years so I don't pay tax so not even the smallest possibility that I would owe any. Also the tax office would never contact you by phone. Just and scam to steal money. Why don't they get a proper job.

phone call from 01270 102970 to home landline at 1645pm 12/01/2023. Caller had foreign accent . Caller said he was from Sky Assurance as our insurance on our TV is about to expire and offered me various deals at various costs to renew. I have never heard of Sky Assurance, and we do NOT currently have any insurance policy covering our TV. When I asked the caller where he was based , he hung up!
