As per previous review this would appear to be a scam. Got exactly the same recorded message and hung up.

Difficult to hold a sensible conversation, transpired person wanted to make a case for selling wall and roof insulation. I've put this as a Missed call but i didnt actually answer phone, i just let it ring as i didnt know who this was from and didnt actually recognise number, I'm very wary these days ,as there's too many scams goin around so i typed this number into google to see what came up it lead me here where it seemed to have a negative rating , so i will block in my Phone along with many others over the yrs .
not a cold call, - just a business - I filled an application form out for PPI, was just a follow up call, gentleman on the other was very polite and informative. seems genuine.

Alarm bells are ringing ... what an amateur setup. Call leads to a lesser used number from a geographical location (Bolton). Calls blocked. NB: Don't be the 'one' who accepts this, ask questions, no sales & marketing company (legit or not) will make calls like this, question EVERYTHING you have been WARNED! don't do it be vigilant.
