A SCAM - be very careful as the person on the phone will try to get you to download a programme called "anydesk.com" which gives remote access to your computer. In my case the person said he was from SKY and was checking on my report on bad internet signal (that part was true). He took me through a few dialogue boxes (thankfully I knew that I was not changing settings). He then tried to get me to download the programme. Thankfully I questioned it. He hung up. SCAM the person on the phone was asian caller from India very hard to understand as he refused to provide with clear details of the company that he was ringing on behalf of, rushed his words when told to speak slower and clearly he made out he did not understand wanting me to stay on the phone for longer but I put the phone down after frustration even after I tried to give him my time to talk to me clearly being if asian background myself but he kept going off topic, very suspicious caller do not trust.
