Got a message about an apprenticeship I recently applied for, they said they "need to carry out a short the phone call" in order to progress. Caller was an Indian man giving the name of James from a “health” company- have had similar calls before from different numbers so obviously a call centre, want to know details of your vaccination status, etc, then ends up with a “life cover review” and asks you to accept new life cover from them. Caller did not like fact I knew this and I immediately said I am not looking to review my life cover, he told me to “grow up” and hung up!

Said they were O2 and wanted to save me money on my contract. Unsure if this is who they really were or not, but didn't have time to talk so I hung up on them.
Claimed to be energy survey company. When told we were not interested and to delete our details, the caller said "you c**t". Not the attitude to have regardless if it was genuine or spam.
Claims to be "your bank" but doesn't name it or give your name, says that 700 pounds has gone to amazon then 2000 to an international payment, it wants you to press numbers, its a scam.
