Trusted to answer as it's a number local to me. Turned out to be an automated message claiming to be from VISA payments to say that my card had been charged £300 to Amazon and £1100 to Western Union, encouraged me to press 1 to dispute charges. Didn't leave a message or send a text - which is a pretty good sign that it is either a scammer, a nuisance caller or someone ringing up to see if you answer (and if you do in means yours is a live number and they can sell this information on to other scammers or nuisance callers). Number blocked.
