I was called from an Asian, 'Mike Spencer' saying he was from the Claims Advisory Department. Said the bank owed me £4000 and his supervisor would call me tomorrow. After reading the post on here I'll be giving him abuse before he manages to give it to me. How many Asians and Indians have 'British' sounding names? None. I couldn't get the number he called from.

I have had approx 3 calls from EE and I am almost certain I will not be renewing with them when my contracts expires later in the year. Each call has had a similar style: Poor communication skills; talked at me, did not listen or answer my questions. I have now had 2 phone calls from this number a man calling himself Tom called both times, from a government initiative company regafding the loft lagging (althougn I have never heard it called lagging in this country it is loft insulation) I told him the first time that I was with the TPS and also a housing association tenant, he has just called again and again I explained that I'm witht he TPS and asked him to remove my number from the database and that I was a tenant not a home owner, again he just hung
