Fraud - Indian call centre claiming to be from O2 but hiding behind a UK number as you are more likely to answer it. Offered savings off my bill and free upgrade wanted my details to check and the one time pass code that O2 were going to send me. Its a massive fraud once they have your account info they will go on a spending spree using your details but changing the delivery address. Just hang up or do not answer.

I just got a call claiming (falsely) to be from this number, claiming (again falsely) that it was BT Openreach (or something). But could also be the dreaded I'm calling from Microsoft - monitoring the worlds IP addresses and yours is being used illegally. Whoever they are block the number and relax. It might be good if you have your Banks fraud team number logged in the phones phone book.
Got a WhatsApp message from this number asking if I was working today. WhatsApp shows it as a business number and with the name Angela! I suspect it's an attempted Fraud, but really not sure.

My Mum got scammed with a company called World IT pro saying they worked with Microsoft. They actually remote installed remote tracking software so they could see all her computer activity and charged her £300 for 'five years protection' - I called and complained and said I thought it was a scam and they refunded it (or it looks like they have - the money hasn't come back into the bank yet). They refunded my mum on the basis of what I said - did not get her authority to talk to me - SCAM
