Been having this number phone both my mobile and house phone quite a few times this week. It all stemmed from a quick survey which I answered from a call on the weekend. Fraudulent robo-call pretending to be Inland Revenue
SCAM I got an automated female voice stating it was bank security. £300 was to pay Amazon and £1100 was by bank transfer. I got the exact same phonecall yesterday from another number. I was to press 1 to speak to someone if I hadn't made these transactions. I have been told by my bank that if anything like this was to happen the bank would notify me with the bank's name and a the name of whoever I was talking to as soon as I answered the phone. They would never phone with an automated message.

Scam saying there PayPal said I had 2 unlawful payments go out and wanted me to confirm then they sent texts apparently from the bank but looked nothing like it . Ubiquitous Indian call centre scam/spam call (you'd think they'd have bigger things to concern themselves with at the mo).

This has been reported as a complete scam.
Called me twice while I was on another call. When I called back just three minutes after he last called me he wanted to know who I was. He said I'd called him earlier in the day when he was in a meeting, even though I had made no outgoing calls at all that day. When I pointed this out he hung up. I believe he said he was "Henry Lane", and I have now blocked the number.
This number rang me on my mobile phone at 2pm Tues 17th Jan 203. No one spoke to me. The call was terminated spontaneously in a few seconds. I think it is a SPAM / SCAM caller.
