Robocall - I picked up the phone. Heard silence at first and then a recording of a female voice in a busy office, saying "Hello Bob." (My name is not Bob).
Caller said it was a survey, but would only tell me what it was about at the end of the call! NO - I want to know WHO wants to know before answering anything!

This looks like yet another 0844 scam, where they call your number and hang up after a couple of seconds. The old catch is that they hope you will return the call out of curiosity and then incur ££ as 0844 is premium rate and not included in most call packages. Obvious scam.
