Fraud Said they were from HSBC and wanted me to go through security. I said I'd call them back and at that point they gave me the genuine HSBC number (I said I'd look it up anyway). So I called the genuine number, 03457 404404, and wasted my time and HSBCs, as there was - surprise surprise - no suspicious activity on the account.

A scammer just called me with an automated voice saying that I bought an iphone from Amazon and if I want to put a stop to this purchase to press 1, I pressed 1 and went through to a weirdo breathing on the phone I asked him to remove my number from their list and he said 'no because you are really cute', I said I will report this number to the police and he said he will report my number to the police because 'you called me'. A total weirdo who is not only a scammer but really rude too.

Text message from Apple claiming my Apple Pay services have been suspended and to follow a link to reactivate

Purporting to be from “Bank Security”, regarding unauthorised transactions. Select option 1 if I authorised 2 high cost transactions, press 2 to speak to customer support, who spoke with a strong accent, asking me for personal details. I hung up.

THIS was an automated call supposedly from visa debit department. As I do not accept normally get calls directly from visa I assume this was either a spam or scam call and put the phone down

Amazon SPAM AND FRAUD. The recorded bot promises 200 euros for an investment in Amazon. Amazon needs to get a huge fine for this kind of spam.

I had a call saying 'Hi mum' then a second call 'this is my new number. As my husband passed away 6 days ago & I'm in close contact with my children this is obviously a scam!

SCAM Second call in as many minutes all from Blackburn area telephone numbers. Supposedly from our Bank- 2 transactions this morning - one from Amazon for £300 and another for £1100 for International Money transfer - suspicious- if you didn’t authorise these press 1 to speak to someone- didn’t- now blocked.

Automated call to say that there had been fraudulent activity on our bank account. Then gave 2 amounts. £250 and £1000. (or so).from Amazon. We have had 3 similar calls in the last 3 days. All from different numbers. No money has gone from our account and no bank name was given and therefore I presume that it was a scam.

Called this morning. I do not know anyone in Leeds. Caller was a woman with an (Indian?) accent. Caller told me that I needed debt. A weird call, caller did not use my name, identify herself or tell me why I needed debt.

Most probably a scam, as they claimed to be paypal, but paypal never called me and i suspect if theres something they want to find out, it wont be a machine voice. Be aware!

Scam recording from my visa card Co advising 2 fraud transactions for big amts, called my card Co from no on bk of my card and no transactions have taken place, be careful all especially the elderly, try use a credit card at all times then transfer from Yr debit card to pay it, never take out he house Yr debit card, as bank don't always reimburse u for fraud, the credit card Co will if you have shown you took care reporting any suspicious activity and were careful with Yr details online. SCAM SPAM Fraud Got a call on 21/08/2023 at 11:51 from this number. A woman was trying to tell me i have some offer from three. When i asked her if she is a scammer as i am not with three, she put down the phone instantly. When i call back the number, it just beeps two times and go off. They are scammers for sure! Be aware!

Fraud SCAM Banking Bank scam, of which they don't actually state which bank is calling, in which you will be informed that your account has been debited £300 on something from Amazon and another £1100 on an unspecified international purchase. Message also suggest the you ring back to speak to an operator with the company, again not named, if you need further help or information. I suggest you DO NOT do this.
