Told them this on both occasions. They said their details must not be up to date?? Asking me to renew the cover on my washing machine. When I asked her to confirm what type of washing machine I have she told me not to tell her how to do her job and hung up.. I have never had cover on my washing machine.

Fraud Caller says they are from the fraud department of your credit card. They then say they are checking on a suspicious transaction which is bogus of course. They say they will block the account but only once they email you a one time pass code which they want read back to them. It’s a scam and was confirmed by the genuine fraud department once I called them.
