Joe. I said "You re coming up as a nuisance call on my phone. Why is that?". He identified himself as Joe from a company called Clear Answer working on behalf of EE. Sounded Chinese but couldn't tell a word they were saying. Passed onto several others with similar language problems. Very persistent and carried on when I suggested they were scammers, didn't stop till I put the phone down

It sounded like a very busy call centre. The woman sounded English. She asked for Mr Kiren. I misunderstood the name a bit at the start and said twice that Karen or no Mr is here. She finally hung up. I have no idea who called me and I did not want to answer her who I am. I thought it might be scam or similar. I blocked the number.

When called the message claims that it is a company called Best Comparisons Ltd. The call is about funeral plans, website www.bestcomparison.co.uk Suite A First Floor 138 Mainstreet Gibraltar No record of this business on Companies House website. Possibly fraudulent.

SCAM Said they are a credit agent trying to recover an outstanding student loan. Told her I never had a student loan as I didn’t go to university, I went straight into full time employment when I left school. She then got aggressive demanding I pay now or else. So I said I’m handing your number to the police and I have recorded the conversation. Then she swore for a few seconds then hung up.
