I called back straightaway and a woman, struggling to speak English, answered, telling me she was from HMRC. She asked me to verify who I was. I replied "you called me, you should know who I am". Fishing expedition regarding credit/ debit cards

they called me, a sweet lady stated that my loan had been approved and took my bank and card details. They took out 50 gbp out of my bank and did not inform me as well. From the voice i could make out that she was an Asian. They have not refunded my money and never answer the call.
