This is a cold caller first thing in the morning, asking what i had in my loft. Denied being a cold caller or nuisance caller. Saying i would benefit from this call. Which i understand to be against the law to do un the UK. I demanded to know where she got my details from. She said it was from the.. P.. Somethinf data base company.. So probabky paid for it.... Typical scam call,this one claiming to be 'your bank'' - standard format informing that you're about to face some financial nightmare and instructing you to press 1 to speak to an advisor. Needless to say, DON'T PRESS 1!

Silent call Missed call SPAM I was called by this number around 30minutes after a different +44, it is not actually the local number calling, potentially a spam/scam as usually once the number is searched online. A legit company is linked to the full number I.e (0)122 etc but it's displaying at +44. I answered one call and no one spoke, no background noise, because I didn't initiate a Coversation, they cleared, I blocked the number, I've checked my blocklist, they attempted to call me two more times after,

I was called by this number to say someone was trying to purchase 200 on amazon and 700 on ebay. They first said my visa was being used I don't have a visa, then he said it could be a Mastercard? I asked who he was , he said 81 Newgate Street London, but I meant was he from my bank ?, he said he was from barclays , I do not have a barclays account.

Scam from asian sounding male suposedly working for Virgin Media and claiming that my router was faulty. After getting me to jump through some hoops, told me that I would be getting a new router and £204.56 in compensation. That when I realised it was a scam and they needed my account details which they did not get.

Complete scam - saying from virgin media re download speed of internet. They advise opening an ap to check speed then download another ap - DONT - could not confirm any virgin details like account number or services I receive only name and postcode. PLEASE DONT FALL FOR IT NEWCASTLE UPON TUNE

Told me they were ringing as I had a car on finance; I don't. Then asked if I had purchased a car on finance or PCP between 2014 and 2019, again, answered no. Then asked if I had mortgage or loan recently, again said no. Then ended the call. Hopefully with those answers, they won't bother calling again.

Spam call claiming that i had made payments on my card and asking me to authorise them or speak to their claims dept - i hung up

It was an automated msg saying I had 2 payments coming out of my bank (but it didn't say which bank) and asked me to press a number to confirm the transaction or a different number to stop the transactions I believe this to be a scam call

Scam call, purporting to be calling from BT with regard to our internet connection. When I suggested to the Indian sounding caller that his call was a scam, he hung up.
