Untrustworthy scale - 10! Computer scam! Have been called at least five times in as many days. Different person each time (one time a woman, the rest were men). Some VERY aggressive. Claiming to be from Albany Assist calling about a non existent accident. Fishing for some details about said accident to close my file . When I asked for some details of the accident she hung up. Have previously called me and told me to f- off when I asked for more details.

This is a third party marketing company who call on behalf of ALL mobile providers (T-mobile, Orange, Vodafone, O2 etc) In my case it was T-mobile and I phoned 150 from my mobile and requested my PAC number from their retentions department, intimating that I was leaving them.
