There trying to get you to let them report the damage then you would get into trouble with council. They would be threatened with legal action. Next trick is no win no fee. This is a scamming number.. Called me claiming to be 3 Mobile wanting to upgrade me to a new contract when I only just renewed my contract with the real 3 Mobile a couple of months back and my existing contract is locked for another 10 months. I asked the idiot to email me the offer, she asked me for my email address which is she was really 3 Mobile she'd already know it. I am sure this is a scam as a) I was not expecting an order and never get unsolicited deliveries. b) I was in the whole day and no one knocked on my door. I will not go to the website or text back.
