Emmisions advice team, wanted me to enter contract to reclaim compensation for my diesel BMW. Wanted me to agree contract over the phone and text then said they'd send me details and I'd have 14 days to cancel the contract, when I asked for the contract in writing by email first before agreeing to anything she got sh1tty and hung up.
I have had approx 3 calls from EE and I am almost certain I will not be renewing with them when my contracts expires later in the year. Each call has had a similar style: Poor communication skills; talked at me, did not listen or answer my questions. Aggressive: I m naturally quite chilled and helpful but after each of these called I have been angry and proceed to block the number. Selling toners and offering free TVs and iPads with purchases. Doesn t seem legit.
So pleased I found this site as I have had nearly 6 weeks of totally random calls from these parasites. Generally they hang straight up but really disgusting language used this afternoon. I phoned my provider and they have blocked the call their end and shown me how to do so on my phone which was surprisingly easy. Definitely worth calling your provider if you re as fed up as I am.

Text addressed to wife and I regarding a complaint made by a 3rd party. Text provided this phone number and advised Adil Quddues would be calling me, which he did promptly. Adil pushed hard to obtain Full name, DOB & Address. I ended the call. Do not trust this number.

Yes this number is AO.com and yes they do know what you ordered. However this is the Sales end of their organisation so BEWARE (Its probably even a separate company just trading under the same name) . They are calling on the pre-text of your order with AO.com but are very aggressively trying to sell you appliance breakdown cover! Their script is well rehearsed leading you to believe they re on the service side of your purchase and calling about further delivery information. Try ringing them on this numb

Hard to understand person, strong foreign accent, claiming to represent O2, yet calling from a number on the Three Network. Lots of background noise, sounded like either a VERY busy foreign call centre or an open air market! Seemed at a loss when asked for proof that she really represented O2. Possible scam.
